About The Role

Located within the Riverina region of NSW, De Bortoli Wines currently manages and maintains approximately 190 hectares under vine, across two sites.  This full time position is ideal for a person who enjoys working in a 'hands on' role within a team environment. 

Reporting to the Vineyard Operations Supervisor, duties and responsibilities will include:

• Harvesting and tractor operations
• Pruning  and canopy management
• Disease and pest management
• Irrigation operations
• Maintenance of plant and equipment
• Complying with all Company policies and procedures

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile individual with good interpersonal skills and the desire to learn all  aspects of vineyard operations. The successful candidate does not require previous vineyard experience but must have a good work ethic, be willing to work in a team environment and be prepared to work shifts and overtime as the season demands. Experience in the operation of tractors and other farm machinery will be looked upon favourably. Above award wages, as well as a company utility will be on offer to the successful candidate.
