About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Full Time Customer Service Administrator to work within our Melbourne Sales Office located in Croydon. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, we are seeking a proactive and customer focused person to perform the following duties; 

  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Follow through on all customer enquiries 
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls 
  • Perform Administration duties
  • Processing of customers payments 
  • Customer Maintenance, including credit management

About You

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person with sound communication and customer service skills. The successful applicant will possess excellent administrative and computer/ data entry skills and be able to communicate with and support internal and external customers and supplies.
