About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a passionate & enthusiastic Cellar Door Team Leader & Events Coordinator to lead our dynamic team delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of wine styles and trends and be able to share this passion with visitors, team members and company representatives alike. You'll play a key role in shaping unforgettable experiences and coordinating exciting events that align with our high standards.

• Proven experience in supervising staff with a focus on teamwork and great customer service
• Strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
• A fun, outgoing personality with a hands-on attitude
• A genuine passion for wine, people and the industry
• A current RSA certificate
• Flexibility to work weekends and events as needed
